Frequently asked questions

No — the device body should not be immersed in water. Only the charging port is waterproof-sealed. After each use, wipe the treatment head clean with a slightly damp cotton pad; do not submerge the device.

Do not use if pregnant, with a cardiac pacemaker or metal implants, or on skin that's damaged, inflamed, infected, severely acne-prone, or sunburnt. Consult a healthcare professional first if you have any health condition or are under medical treatment.

4 minutes per mode is the recommended single-use duration. CLEAN and COOL can be used daily; BOOST and EYE CARE suit twice-daily use (AM/PM); LIFTING is recommended 2–3 times a week. Reduce frequency for sensitive skin.

Wipe the treatment head with a slightly damp cotton pad after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners, and do not immerse the device in water.
